    Each day’s reminders already written — one tap opens WhatsApp with the message ready. Email reminders and recalls go out on their own.

    Their own appointments, their own documents, and whatever a practitioner has released to them. No app to install.

    Group sessions with a roll, a waiting list that fills a cancellation, and session packages that count themselves down.

    Waiting on a DLT-registered sender — paperwork, not code. WhatsApp and email carry reminders meanwhile.

    UPI and card payments are recorded against the bill now. Taking payment from a link needs a gateway and a merchant account.
